Ancient Quantum in Plain Sight. www.taoismdecoded.com By Christina Harrison
Graduating with an acupuncture degree in the 1990s meant diving deep into the foundational classics of Chinese medicine dating back over five thousand years. As a result, I realized that to be made in the image of 'NATURE' these ancient texts were describing a completely different version of reality compared with our modern worldview of molecules, atoms, particles etc. Delving even deeper into this ancient way of thinking, I then set out to understand the origins of the universe once known to our ancient ancestors. Based on cyclical laws this research spanned many years; a process relying on fragmented hints of the original road map to navigate the path ahead.
Nature's cycles are observable in our external environment all around us, such as night and day or the yearly seasons. However, instead of measuring night and day, for example, into a 24 hourly period of time, think of this as phenomenon that shows-up in a formless state under the classification of concepts. As in this case, night and day represents duality, being two parts of the same whole. We are so accustomed to viewing nature under the microscope from a reductionist perspective that to turn this lens around (as did our ancient ancestors), that one might easily dismiss concepts to be unscientific, as do not conform to our modern objectives of measurable truths. Yet concepts, were seen as information, which were then numerically expressed (not measured), thereby providing the foundations as to how ancient civilizations understood the laws of the universe.
It is worth noting that concepts hold no barriers for there to be a gradient of truth. Meaning, what we see in the external environment is an expression of the universe's origins. It is not mystical. It is not illogical. It is not dependent on consciousness or reaching a heightened state of spirituality. Instead, this is simply a different perspective from which to understand nature's laws. Yet, the "key' to turning this lens around may not be as easy as it sounds, as this challenges our notion of familiarity at our very core, whereas our formal education and general conversations actively shape how we view reality.
This ancient perspective presented in 'Taoism Decoded' offers a complete and comprehensive unified model. Bypassing our usual modern cultural filters, Taoism Decoded takes you to the heart of ancient thinking. A truth that does not prioritize modern science to being the only truth, but instead this is a model that stands alone in its own right; an observable version of reality in plain sight that expresses itself in the external environment, is a universe that we can connect and experience by simply being in harmony with its rhythms.
Concepts = Information = Numerical expression = The Ancient Perspective of Reality.
